GETTING STARTED WITH CROSSFIT IS EASY! The best way to get a real sense of CrossFit is to take advantage of our free trial class on Saturday’s at 9am and to take our beginners class . The course offers an athlete-to-coach ratio that enables us to minimize distractions and allows the coach to pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the course, you will be introduced to the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the group workouts.
