HYROX 24/7+ at CrossFit MontCo is designed for athletes who want flexibility and independence. There are no coach-led classes — instead, you'll have full access to the gym and structured HYROX programming to follow on your own schedule, delivered directly through the Wodify app. As an official HYROX affiliate gym, our members receive exclusive early access to race registration.
24/7 Gym Access & Full Programming: Mobile entry through the Wodify app plus a 3-day/week HYROX program — Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Optional Add-On Tracks: Extra Fitness Track for additional daily volume, plus a Monthly Challenge Track with prizes for athletes who want more structure and friendly competition
Race Access & In-House Events: 48-hour early registration for HYROX races as an official affiliate member, plus access to HYROX-style competitions we run throughout the year
Community & Support: Members-only WhatsApp group for updates, encouragement, and connection with fellow HYROX athletes at CrossFit MontCo
